All sales are final. we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.  

Due to the personal nature or our hair products, all items are sold as final sale. Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and color details before purchasing

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
